PROGRAM INFORMATION

Rockets Titans Female Hockey is responsible for organizing the female minor hockey program for Seven Oaks (SOMHA) and St. James-Assiniboia (SJAMHA) areas. We are committed to providing a positive, exceptional hockey experience that caters to all ages and skill levels to support the growth and development of female athletes. We accept players ages 6 to 17 at all skill levels who want to play and have fun.

Female hockey offers the opportunity for young girls to engage in a healthy, active lifestyle while learning valuable life lessons and developing new friendships that will last after the hockey season ends. Whether your daughter is just starting out or has been playing for a number of years – there are a number of great opportunities for her to become involved in female hockey.

Rockets Program

The Rockets Program offers teams at the following age categories based on registration numbers:

U9: 7-8 year olds

U11: 9-10 year olds

U13: 11-12 year olds

U15: 13-14 year olds

U18: 15-17 year olds

Titans AA Program

AA Hockey allows for the development of athletes in the "competitive" system within Hockey Winnipeg. AA Hockey recognizes and supports that each athlete has the right to consider her options and should be provided the opportunity to access a level of hockey that is consistent with the skill level of each player.

The Titans offers AA teams at the U13, U15 & U18 levels.

Registration

Rockets & Titans Female Hockey players must register with their "home" association.  Please see the below links for each association's registration information (including fees):

St. James Assiniboia Minor Hockey Association

Seven Oaks Minor Hockey Association

All registered players may choose to participate in AA Titans Tryouts (u13 or u15) and/or Rockets Evaluations (if not participating in/not selected for AA) to ensure all players are placed in the appropriate division to promote development and enjoyment.  Teams are assigned shortly after evaluations (usually mid-September).
